Artists' Retreat in the Liwa Desert
An amazing weekend in the desert, the real desert where everything looked like the planet Jakku from Star Wars: The Force Awakens (filmed around the same area!), with artists from the UAE and Oman.
After the UAE artists' time in Oman last year, it was our turn to host the return visit and Zeearts Community, Paragon Arts and Liwa Art Hub came together for a fanastic, creative time in the desert.
We took part in painting sessions, campfire songs, artist workshops and idea exchanges to share what we have learned with each other, to inspire and gain inspiration from those around us.
